Delicious carrot cake
We baked a carrot cake for my dads birthday It was delicious .We found quite a good recipe from Chelsea sugar but the recipe said 1 cup oil & that was to much oil other wise it was a good cake.Do you like carrot cake ?

Baking is such a great thing to do in lockdown isn't it because you learn something and then get to eat it too! Well done
Hi Aarooshi my name is Dev and I am from Waikowhai Primary School. I also like eating carrot so much because they are healthy to eat. I also like celebrating Dad's birthday so much I like it because I can eat cake and eating cake is fun. Maybe next time you could tell a bit more about carrots.
